  National Theatre - The curious incident of the dog in the night time research National Theaters production of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time is a journey of self dicovery and a piece of theatres that bring Mark Haddons vovel to life in a visually and emotionally stunning way. The play tells the story of Christopher Boone, a fifteenyear old boy with autism, who sets himself a challnge to discover who murdered his neighbours dog. What makes this production so remarkable is its innovative of staging, lighting, and sound to create a sensory experience that shows how Christopher show how he views the world through his eyes and his own perception of the world. The stage is transformed into a giant graph paper, reflecting Christphoers love fir patterns and order.               A - On your blog, outline, the journey that you have previously been on in regards to your year 1 performance  roles that you have undertaken,  take the reader through your journey  from your initial starting point at college performing wise through to your final performance of The Railway children or The lovely Bones. Outline carefully the progress that you have made from ‘Ghost Light Tours’ through to the end of year shows.   B- Identify any gaps in your performing, what is missing in terms of developing your skillset, is it a light hearted role, a dramatic role, a duologue, a monologue, a song, physical theatre, a classical piece, dance etc etc– outline everything you wish to achieve in your performing journey. My Production Journey - Term 3

Week 1:   Monday Today, we started with a few warm ups like heads up and heads down were you put your heads up and when someone says put your head down you have to try and not look at another person, we then did extreme rock paper scissors where we do it physically instead of using our hands, we then played cat and mouse a game like tag where you link onto others and try to not get caught a great game to step up the energy, We then focused on the Halloween show and spoke about ideas for the show and what characters would be in the show, we then spoke about themes would play out in the show for example a twist in the story and how to make a scene intense, we then walked around the room and played what fell out the sky which helps with creativity and had to imagine what came out of the sky, we then got into fours and used my example what fell of the sky and created a scene out of it.
